What began as artistry became a family language—learned at the workbench, refined over decades, and shared through every piece we make.

The masterpiece

300 hours.
400 pounds of chocolate.

World-renowned pastry chef Alfred Leitch sculpted a multi-coloured, solid-chocolate bald eagle and U.S. emblem for America’s bicentennial. The monumental 4-by-6-foot work earned both the special Bicentennial Trophy and top prize for chocolate sculpture at the National Restaurant Association Culinary Art Show in Chicago.

Roses that took
the market by storm.

Alfred and his sons, Fred and the late Mark Leitch, turned meticulous confectionery skill into something families everywhere could share. Their handmade chocolate roses reached major retailers and box stores—each one still shaped with an artist’s eye.

Today, Fred carries the dream forward with his children—Julia, Stephanie, Steven and Jessie. Together, they preserve a legacy rooted in passion, artistry and the belief that the finest chocolate should always feel personal.
